No. Crypto payments are one-time, so nothing is charged automatically. We'll remind you by email before your plan ends, and you can extend at any time. New time is added after your current plan ends, so you never lose days.
How long does activation take?
Usually a few minutes, depending on the network you pay on. Your hub updates automatically when the payment is confirmed.
I sent the wrong amount. What happens?
Email [email protected] with your order number (shown in your hub under Billing) and we'll sort it out.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. Buy any plan from your hub and its time is added after your current period. For anything else, contact support.
